Terms and Conditions for CareerIQ Academy

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the CareerIQ Academy online course ("Course") provided by TELESTO SRL ("we", "us", "our").

 

2. Course Details

• Course Duration: 7 weeks

• Delivery Method:

  • Self-paced recorded videos (released weekly on Sunday)

  • 90-minute weekly live group calls (every Friday)

  • Slack community for ongoing communication

 

3. Pricing and Payment

• Course Pricing:

  • First 15 participants: 549 EUR

  • Subsequent participants: 649 EUR

• Payment Method: Stripe

4. Eligibility and Requirements

• Recommended Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional work experience

• Technical Requirements:

  • Access to laptop or smartphone

  • Ability to view online videos

  • Participation in live video calls

 

5. Course Access and Materials

• Course Content Access:

  • Video Materials: Available on Google Drive for 6 months after course completion

  • Slack Community: Access granted for 5 years (extendable upon request)

 

6. Intellectual Property

• All course content is the exclusive intellectual property of TELESTO SRL and CareerIQ Academy

• Content distribution is strictly prohibited

• Participants are granted limited, non-transferable access to course materials

 

7. Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Available only after the first session

• No Refunds: After the first session, no refunds will be issued

 

8. Course Completion and Exceptional Circumstances

• Incomplete Course: In exceptional circumstances preventing course completion, participants must:

  • Contact julian@careeriq.academy

  • Request potential transfer to next cohort

• Transfer to another cohort is at the sole discretion of TELESTO SRL

• We aim to be accommodating, understanding that life can present unexpected challenges

 

9. Participant Conduct

•   Participants are expected to:

  • Engage respectfully in all course interactions

  • Maintain academic integrity

  • Participate actively in weekly calls and Slack community

 

10. Limitation of Liability

• TELESTO SRL provides the course "as is" without guarantees of specific career outcomes

• We are not responsible for individual career progression resulting from course participation

 

11. Platform Usage

• Video Platforms: Google Meet or Zoom

• Communication Platform: Slack

• Content Storage: Google Drive

 

12. Privacy

• Course participants' data will be handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy

• Personal information is collected and processed as outlined in our Privacy Policy

 

13. Modifications to Terms

• TELESTO SRL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions

• Participants will be notified of any significant changes

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law and the regulations of the European Union
